With the latest being A.I. or Artificial Intelligence and all that offers to help us serve our clients better and more completely.  He is never afraid of change.  He embraces change.  As the Leader of the HappyHomesBC Team he is always looking for different ways to create a better Buyer and Seller experience.  

He works in the commercial realm, but spends most of his day helping our Residential Clients.  Everything from Mobile Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Single Family Homes, Acreages, multi-Family, Investment properties, Development Land, House and Acreages, and more, he has great capacity to service and with over 2000 transactions under his belt, he has incredible experience to offer our clients and our team.  

He has most recently written a Book, Called ATTRACT for Real Estate Agents, and a 25 Video Training Course for Real Estae Agents to thrive in order to give back to the Industry that has blessed his family so well.  In addition, he has also written a FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS book for Buyer's in BC that is available
