Technology for our industry is moving at a rapid pace and we have to keep up. We have always provided video tours for our listings to help people see the home prior to showing up. This hopefully helps the buyer re-affirm what they already believe to be true. We had a listing in a subdivision with a great builder at #216-51075 Falls Court. In the Emerald Ridge gated community. This home was a "new construction" home and we sold it before we were able to do proper pictures and make our video tour. Recently our office owners purchased a new machine that develops an amazing way to view a home. It is called a Matterport machine. Each spot that the "camera" is situated takes something like over a million point images each time and stitches it all together to make the images of the home...allowing the viewer to literally be in the home and look around as if they are actually there. It is absolutely amazing. So just before the new buyers moved in to the home we contracted the Matterport to create these images so that we can use this for future buyers. Now they will be able to truly see how the layout works and how the finishing will look for the end product before the home is built.
